GNLD Distributor-Only is restricted to use by GNLD staff and authorized distributors.

Forgot your PIN?
Contact your local GNLD office. They can look up your PIN.

Trouble Signing On?
For security reasons, after five failed attempts, the system will prevent access to your Distributor account.  All account access is reset during end-of-day site maintenance (at about 4 am PST), so if your access is blocked, please try again the next day.  If your access is critical, you may contact your local distributor services office.  They can arrange to have your account unblocked, but this may take up to 6 hours, depending on when and where the request is made.

Obtaining a Personal Identification Number (PIN)
To access your account information, you must enter a secret PIN. If you do not have a PIN, please contact your local GNLD office to have your PIN recorded in the system. Your PIN must be four digits long- please pick a number you can easily remember.
